Dann is Head of Transformation and Finance at the National Citizens Service (NCS). NCS offers a range of experiences (around 135,000 a year) for young people that support them to become world ready and work ready. Previously he has worked in senior finance roles across HSBC, Schroders, Clifford Chance, and News UK and is a School Governor at two schools, a Primary and a Secondary school.
