CET awarded East London Arts and Music (ELAM) a grant of £25,000 to design, develop and pilot their Industry Readiness & Commercial Ability programme.

'Empower Alumni' supports graduates from the Peter Jones Foundation (PJF) courses into employment (including apprenticeships), self-employment or higher education (on an enterprising course).

This project supported Young Enterprise’s delivery of enterprise and financial education in Wales, delivering a wide range of programmes to young people which will equip them with skills and commercial awareness to grow, develop and lead in business.

We support the Enabling Enterprise Skills Builder Framework, which focuses on eight essential skills like Listening, Presenting, and Problem Solving.

This pilot project helped young people understand the relevance and possibilities of a career in commerce and international trade. Future First established a sustainable network of volunteers from various trade organisations and networks who work in this field to provide employer encounters and learning opportunities in Future First member schools.

Action Through Enterprise (ATE) work with rural communities in Upper West Ghana, tackling poverty and creating opportunities by changing lives through education, enterprise and inclusion. The CET have supported ATE's BizATE project, which is a commercial education training programme tailored to small business owners in Lawra.

This project involved research to interrogate the enterprise and professional development tools provided by LAMDA and other organisations in order to develop a programme of entrepreneurship training suitable specifically for LAMDA students and graduates.

Professional Pathways is an innovative approach to vocational teaching and learning for students taking a Level 3 BTEC applied general qualification. ARK commissioned a full evaluation the success of this teaching method and disseminated the findings and best practice to the wider education sector.

The Enterprise Game is a key component of the Prince’s Trust’s Enterprise Challenge and is designed to be a short, sharp, fun and engaging intervention that will inspire and kick-start the development of enterprise skills, through the application of business knowledge, in a safe and engaging simulation.

CET's funding enabled Future Frontiers to carry out an external evaluation of their coaching programme. The aim was to evidence and understand the impact their programme had on pupils and to use this data to continue to improve their programme offering.
