Mahad is Executive Director of the Commercial Education Trust. Prior to this he was Director of Programmes for national social mobility charity Career Ready overseeing their programme development, impact and delivery. He also worked at WorldSkills UK as Head of Education of Research managing WorldSkills research, thought leadership and former annual skills show visited by 70,000. Mahad is a current member of Derby University’s Skills Panel and formerly worked in the Education & Youth team at the Greater London Authority helping to oversee pan-London funded projects.
